Below is mentioned the table-wise procedure to fill required information in GSTR-3.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\" colspan=\"2\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>GSTR 3 Due Dates<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>For Month Of<\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong>Due Dates<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>July 2017 to March 2018<\/td>\n<td><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Postponed until 31st March 2018*<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: In normal cases, regular due dates for GSTR-3 is 20th of the next month for a particular tax period.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;For subsequent months, i.e. October 2017 onwards, the amount of late fee payable by a taxpayer whose tax liability for that month was \u2018NIL\u2019will be Rs. 20\/- per day (Rs. 10\/- per day each under CGST &amp; 2: This will contain the details of the taxpayer, including their GSTIN number, name of the person, and his\/her trade name.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-910\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-1-2.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 1 and 2\" width=\"755\" height=\"256\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"toc_container\" class=\"no_bullets\"><p class=\"toc_title\">Contents<\/p><ul class=\"toc_list\"><li><\/li><li><\/li><li><\/li><li><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<h2><span id=\"Part-A_of_GSTR-3\">Part-A of GSTR-3<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Part-A information will be auto-populated based on the information provided in GSTR-1, GSTR-2 and GSTR 1A.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 3<\/strong> will contain the overall turnover information of the taxpayer for all inward and outward supplies.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-911\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-3.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 3\" width=\"766\" height=\"263\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 4<\/strong> will include the tax liability information for outward supplies, net of debit\/credit notes, invoices and advances received (Information from GSTR-1).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-914\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-4.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 4\" width=\"761\" height=\"401\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 4.1<\/strong> will include details of Inter-state outward supplies, other than zero rated supplies made without payment of tax.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 4.2<\/strong> will include the similar details as Table 4.1, only for Intra-state outward supplies.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-912\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-4.2.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 4.2\" width=\"756\" height=\"322\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 4.3<\/strong> will consist of details of amendments made towards outward supplies and their effects on tax, except the amendments of supplies originally made under reverse charge basis.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-913\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-4.3.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 4.3\" width=\"755\" height=\"414\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 5<\/strong> will include the tax liability information for the reverse charge on inward supplies, net of debit\/credit notes, invoices and advances received and adjustment made out of earlier tax paid on advances (Information from GSTR-2).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-915\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-5.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 5\" width=\"754\" height=\"233\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 5A<\/strong> will consist of inward supplies (rate-wise) for which tax is payable on reverse charge basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 5B<\/strong> is to include amendments made for supplies attracting reverse charge and their effects on tax.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-916\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-5B.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 5B\" width=\"749\" height=\"232\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 6:<\/strong> This will include the information of Input tax credit (ITC) on inward supplies and imports and ITC received from ISD, net of debit\/credit notes.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-917\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-6.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 6\" width=\"763\" height=\"373\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 7<\/strong> will contain the details of addition and reduction in output tax amount for mismatch and any other reason, if any.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-918\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-7.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 7\" width=\"756\" height=\"323\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 8<\/strong> will show the total tax liability for the particular month. This information will auto-populate based on the outward and inward supplies declared in the above tables. The table will show separate IGST, CGST and SGST values for different commodities.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-919\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-8.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 8\" width=\"742\" height=\"317\"><strong>Table 9<\/strong> will include the information of TDS (tax deducted at source) and TCS (tax collected by e-commerce operators) credits, which will auto-populate from GSTR-2 Form of the taxpayer.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-920\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-9.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 9\" width=\"752\" height=\"189\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 10<\/strong> will contain total interest liability information.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-921\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-10.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 10\" width=\"751\" height=\"285\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 11<\/strong> will have details of late fees, if any.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-923\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsthelplineindia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/GSTR-3-Table-11.jpeg\" alt=\"GSTR-3 Table 11\" width=\"747\" height=\"107\"><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"PART-B_of_GSTR-3\">PART-B of GSTR-3<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Part-B of the form will be used to pay taxes, interest and late fee (if any) by using available credits from electronic credit ledger and cash ledger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 12:<\/strong> Based on the information provided in the heads above, this table will determine the payable and paid tax amounts. It will show separate tax information for IGST, CGST, and SGST.
